While at Nicer Collaborative, we led the brand development and marketing design for The Preserve, a nature-inspired real estate project by Redfish Development. Rooted in the beauty of its 90-acre wooded landscape, our design approach focused on translating the project's deep connection to nature into a refined visual identity. From logo and messaging to a lead-capture website, print collateral, and advertising, every element reflected the tranquil, conservation-focused ethos of the community. The result is a cohesive, organic brand presence that positions The Preserve as a modern sanctuary blending natural serenity with small-town convenience.
